Mistake in Date of birth

Respected sir,

File reference No.: HYD-R001722-10

Application date: 24-02

Applicant's name: LUBNA NAFEESA SHAIK

My neice date of birth is printed as 12-02 instead of 15-2.

So I surrendered the passport to make necessary corrections. But after applying for a fresh copy, when I checked the status of the pass port the date of birth is again mentioned as 12-02. So I request the concerning authorities to correct the changes.
