Sir,
It's been nearly 18 months since i have applied for my passport wherein my File Reference No. is W176399 dated 25/8/09. But i am surprised that once being verified a long back i have not yet received my passport. And my passport status is shown as " Police Report is incomplete and the case is being examined". Moreover now i have lost that receipt of mine issued me from post office in return of the 1000 Rs. payment made by me.
So i request you to look after this matter as soon as possible and please procede in a way that i finally can get my passport without much panic. I again request to issue me my passport asap.
