Passport of children not received for last many months

Dear Sir / Madam,

This is to inform that our children who are due to travel under school exchange pragramme to Japan shortly have not received passports since 1st July when the passports were applied for. I along with my wife have received ours a few months back though.

The status report on the website http://164.100.17.24/passmain.php? city=chd t ells that the police report is clear for the past many months. The delay is causing unnecessary harassment to us. Would be thankful for the early receipt of the passports whose details are:
