Non Receipt of Passport

Sir,

I had applied for the Issue of Passport on 22nd February. I have not received my passport inspite of expiry of more than 4 months (around 130 days). The status enquiry site shows "Police Report Not Received". To the best of our knowledge Police Verification and Vigilance Enquiry was done several months ago (probably in March- April)

Kindly help me in getting my Passport in time.
