Delay in the passport

Dear sir,

My name is chinnaraju T N . i applied for passport in district passport cell, kolar on 19/03. my police verification over on 26/03. but still iam not able to check out the status. whenever i enter my file name, it is showing the file is not available in our data base. the details are below.
