Passport
Passport still didnt receive

I have applied passport 6 months back (28-04). The current status in the website is showing "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time" from the last 2 months.

Can anybody please let me know how many months does it take to get the passport if the status in the website is as given above.
