Non receipt of PLI bond

Sir,

I am working as a Sub-Inspector of Police in Armed Reserve, Vellore District. I applied for the Postal Life Insurance scheme in the name of R.RAJINI KUMAR, also i got the bill receipt Boook No. TN 3172 and original receipt No.31 at VELLORE Head Post Office dated 07/05. But, still i not get the PLI bond. Please arrange me to get the PLI bond as quick as possible. My policy amount was monthly Rs.910/-(rupees nine hundred and ten only) and policy amount Rs.200000/-
