Requesting you to please let us know the reason of the same since police report is clear and passport was supposed to be despatched on 26th Jan as per online check but now a separate message is coming.
Please update the status and what are the formalities required for the same.
I am mailed to Chief Passport Officer for their suggestions on the issue but as of date no solution has been done. Please arrange to resolve the issue.
