Did not receive passport

Dear Sir,

I, Gonamanda Prabhakar, had applied for passport on 06.10.2010. The enquiry for issue of the passport was also conducted. I SMSed to 9394555577 on 15.02.2011 and I received a message stating that Passport has been despatched on 02.02.2011 vide Speed Post No. S030970. Till to date I have not received the same.

I also tried to track my passport from the Indian Postal Department but I was informed that Speed Post No. S030970 is not correct and hence I request you to kindly look into the issue and arrange to inform me the status.
