Delay in receiving passport

Dear Sir,

As per document.

My registraion No. : JPRA00521711

I Had applied for a passport on 08.02.2011.Police verification had already sended on 12.04.2011 by Mr. HiraLal ji (police station incharge chopasni thana, jodhpur) but still not received my passport. And status reflect in website Police report has not been received.

Pls help to clear this issue.
