I had applied for my renewal of my passport on 25-02 though proper channel.
My File Reference no. is CAL B007342, Year.
One police man came to my Kolkata residence in the month of April for verification and I submitted all the photocopy of my documents to him. Finally he asked me bribe of Rs.500. But I refused to give bribe. Then he said, he won't process the application unless I give him Rs.500. Finally I told him that I won't give any money as bribe. He went away.
Till today, my application status is showing the same and it is not processed. Please help me, to get my passport without paying bribe to the policeman who comes for verification.
