Delay in getting passport

I have applied for the passport renewal with file reference no. HYD L005626-10 of Year 2010. And re-submitted the PPF form of 2 times to get the police enquiry, because of the incorrect report in the first time. Still now, there is proceeding in the status and even enquiry not yet done. And even I ready to submit if any documents required.
