Passport not recieved and status not cleared

Dear Sir,

I Sunil Kumar Singh S/O Shri Chandrika Prasad Singh H.No 534 G, Mohalla GangaNagar, Po-Ayrogaya Mandir, Thana Sahapur, Distt Gorakhpur.

I have applied for passport on dated 23/01 whose file no is LKO-Z2606192012 I have not received the passport till date although all the verification has been done from police & LIU. The status of the passport is not confirmed even online.

Passport office claim that the passport should be reached in 21 days after the Investigation but dates are over 21 days it is already more than 3 months. I have to go for Business tour.

Please look after the matter and do the needful earlier.
