SUBJECT: REFUND FOR PF.

Sir,

Most respectfully I would like to inform you that I was a member of PF scheme and my PF No: DL34241/77 I had applied for the withdrawn of my PF and Pension. My PF amount (67, 523.00) was deposit in my ICICI bank 2, Lawerence Road Amritsar (A/C no:006601533449) dated 7-02 but my pension amount is not deposit in my bank account ie.(12, 435)

So it is requested to refund the amount of pension scheme as soon as possible.
