Respected Sir/Madame,
I applied for passport from post office on 01-10.As per the rule a fresh passport should take maximum of 30-45 days but i didn't receive any call or information
from passport ofiice or police station.
After 3 months police verification has come and with my bad luck i was out of town due to some personal reason. I didn't get any call or information from police side
also.
That verification they send as candidate not present which I came to know after 4 months.
After that I again send police verification form which also took aroung 1 and half months to come in which I present and send it back to passport office.
That I did on December.
Till now I didn't get any information from passport office or from any department that what is wrong with my passport.
When I checked in status it is showing that "File Reference Number (BHU-W210172-10) is either wrong or Information NOT available".
I didn't know what to do.is there is a mistake I did by applying through the post office.
Passport seva kendra is also not near from my house. Without any reason how can i go and asked. Its there duty to let us know if anything went wrong.
For the last 1 year 8 months i am struggling to get my passport.
kindly provide me your valuable suggestion which will help to get my passport.
