Passport Status not founrd

We have applied for my Son's (Bhavdeep Saragadam) pass port on 08th February. The police verification is complete and I could see the status as given below. Since last week I have seen the status as the passport will be dispatched in a week's time and now I could see the status of the application as "File Reference Number (HYD-I000454-10) is either wrong or Information NOT available".
