Passport not yet received
Passport not yet received _ Submitted and completed the police verification in the month of February

Dear Sir / Madam,

My mom, Sharada S, submitted the passport application form (application/file number: N000533) to renew the passport in the month of February. We are through with the police enquiry. However, we have not received the passport till date.

We also tried checking the status through online status checking facility, where in we could not find our application status. Also, we tried calling up the passport office but never able to connect it, either the number will be busy or nobody will answer the phone.
