Delay In passport delivery

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have submitted my passport for reissue on 18 april. It's been 3.5 months and i have not received till yet. From last one month i am getting the below mesg on the passport website.

File Reference Number: ASR-R003459-11 Application Date : 18-04

Applicant's Name: MANINDER KAUR Applicant's Date of Birth : 24-06-1984

STATUS :

It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time

My passport ref no is R003459.

Kindly help me in getting the same.
