PASSPORT OFFICE
Applied in June'10 but still not received my passport

Hi Team,

Hope I will get solution from your end. I had applied passport in June'10 and my police verification completed with long delay in month of Aug'10 and finally from Commissioner office my verification details were sent to passport office on Nov 12th.

As I have week off on saturday and could not reach to the passport office in weekdays, I raised a complaint in Passport seva office (18002581800) on Dec 21st 2010. Today is 18th Jan'11 but still this ticket has not been resolved. They tell that they are also waiting reply from Passport officer and it is getting delayed as I applied through BANGALORE ONE office.

Now I dont understand where is the problem and whom to contact. Everyone suggest me to go to Passport Office. As couldnot go to there only I raised a complaint in Passport seva kendra, if they also doesnt resolve the query than why they take the complaints???

I also tried calling passport office, but no one is picking up the call :-(

Kindly let me know your suggestions and solutions.
