NON-RECEIPT OF PASSPORT

Sir/Madam

I had applied for issuance of a passport on 16th July vide file No. Z-071083. After waiting for a month or so I enquired the status of my passport on the web side where it was mentioned that police enquiry completed and issue of passport is under process. Even after waiting for another two months I approached Passport Office at Bhikaji Cama Place to enquire the status of my passport. The PRO and other staff members told me to submit an application on plain paper requesting for issue of passport. Accordingly, I submit the application and one Mrs. Kamlesh (to whom I submitted the application) assured me that my passport will be despatched within a week's time. Again after for another more than one month, I approached your office and met Mrs. Kamlesh with the request that still I have not received my passport. Again she told me to submit an application on plain paper as submitted earlier, which I did so.

Now, to my surprise I am left with no other choice but to put this complaint before you for remedial action so that my passport is issued henceforth when all the documentary formalities have been completed successfully.
