Non receipt of passport

Sir/Madam

I had applied for passport on 3.1.2012 and my file No. BPL-A000368-12. For

the last 45 days the status is showing as follows:

"It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of

Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time "

The position is not changing nor I am getting passport.

Kindly help me in getting my passport.
