Delay in passport under tatkaal

Dear Sir

I had applied my mother passport on March 29 at Passport office Lucknow under TATKAAL of 7 days as officer in charge has refused to have TATKAAL of 14 days.

A police inquiry and the L.I.U. inquiry is conducted, and every thing is clear, but as its MAY 18 and I could not get my mother passport till now,

I have also checked Online Status and it is keep showing blank.

Kindly help me in getting passport as I really need it in urgent
