Non Receipt of Passport

I submitted my Wife Passport form on 20.01.10 (Ref. No. Z550352) and Police verification done at the end of February. But till now i didn't received my Passport. In passport website if i searched regarding my passport status, it tells that incorrect file No. I want to know when can i expect the Passport.
