PASSPORT OFFICE
Delay in passport more than 9 months

Equested sir,

i renubala sharma, applied for new passport dated on 06-01.

my file no is DLH-Z640019-10

In the last of january my police varification gone to completed sucessfully, but till date, i dont received my passport.when i checked on website its showing -Birth certificate is required.while i allready submitted my matric marksheet attested copy.

than again i submitted my date of birth certificate copy.

since 9 months im waiting for my passport.

i allready requested to rpo delhi many times, but in wain.plz tell me what can i do in this situvation.
