Passport not delivered even after 3.5 months

Hi,

I applied for passport about 3.5 months back (25/9). The current status shows 'Passport number J4786899 is allotted. Passport dispatch is underway' for around a week. I am getting married this month only and have to travel abroad immediately after my marriage with my husband.

I request you to expedite the process of my passport dispatch so that I can plan my travel smoothly.
