Delay in Passport

I have applied for renewal of my passport (File ref: HYD-L009773, dt 27.12.10 - Satyanarayana Guduguntla D.O.B 22-09.)

Police verification was completed in march and report send to you in march itself. However, status is aslways showing that "We regret inconvenience due to delay. The paasports will be despatched in a weeks time" since june till now.. I need the passports urgently due to an important trip to abroad for medical reasons.

please do the needfull.
