Passport Delay

Dear Sir,

I have applied for my Passport on 30 march in jaipur passport office and my file no is A012826.Police enquiry was also completed before may only but till now I did not get my passport. I checked my Passport status also in between and it was showing to submit 2 PPF form. I have submitted that forms also again but till now no action has been taken. Now its been delayed from more than 1 year.

Please consider my complain and take necessary action regarding this.
