Passport delay

Dear sir,

I applied the passport app in Faridabad.

App no- Z320678 applied on 29-Nov

Dispatch date- 10-Feb

Dispatch status- 421/PLA

but till date i did not received passport many times i meet the RPO delhi but no action taken by RPO delhi. When i saw online status file refrence number is wrong. How can it possible. Pl. take necessary action and solve my problem.

Many times i complaint on mail but no response from RPO Delhi.
