Respected Sir, My son PRADYUMNA RADHA KRISHNA MURTHY RAVURI has applied for passport on 27/06, file no Z509727/11 Guntur. AP.The police enquiry is over and the police report is sen to Regional passport office vide dispatch reference no.851/IP/VC/SB/CYB SERIAL NO 119 DATED 18/10.So far we have not received the pass port.

Hence i request you Sir, to kindly look into the matter and send the pass port as soon as possible to the address given below.
