DELAY IN ISSUE OF FRESH PASSPORT

I HAD APPLIED FRESH PASSPORT ALONG WITH MY BROTHER ON 06.03.2010 WITH File Nos. Z350356, Z350357. My police enquiry was held on 01.04.2010 and it made the clear reports on 06.04.2010. But till today i had not received my passport. I am in need of passport urgently. Kindly arrange to issue my and my brother's passport at the earliest.
