Passport not received

Dear Sir,

We have applied for renewal of passport under Tatkaal scheme for both of my daughters. We have received my younger daughter's passport (filling number HYD C009717 10). But for my elder daughter the on-line status is showing as "Passport was ready on 24-05" with passport filing number as HYD C009716 10, Application Date : 17-05. But we haven't received the passport yet. We have to apply for visa and need the passport urgently.

Please do the needful and send the passport as early as possible.
