Delay in Passport delivery

Sir,

I applied for the fresh passport of my newly born baby (girl) on 01st July and as per the RPO official it suppose to be delivered on 08th July but regret to inform that so far there is no news, except tracking through internet it shows "Passport is ready" with no further updates despite inquired many times from the enquiry counters.

I will be very thankful to authority to early release of my daughter passport.
