Conductor ignorance

Hi Best team,

Sardar nagar no.4 to Saion station. I was bit surprised as I was traveling with Rs.3 from, long time. I asked them is the fares increased? They said “no, it’s the same? I asked them, if I am demanding for a ticket for Sion station, its Conductors responsibility to inform me that the exact fare is Rs.4 & not Rs.3. Infact as the conductor demands change, I gave him a change of Rs.3. Ticket checked argued on the point that you gave Rs.3, so its ur mistake. So, please let me know is it my mistake in the same?

On the next two days, when I traveled from Bus no. 76 for the same distance & the conductor charges me Rs.3/ only. I asked the conductore twice, is it the right fare? he confirmed the same.

I have a receipt of fine paid & tickets of next 2 days.

So, please confirm me the exact fare. Is it the fare changes when the bus no. changes?

If the fare is same, I need my refund for the fine paid.
