Renewal Passport Delay from past 7 months

Dear Sir,

I am Srinivas Muppala,

File no:-Z512834/10

Applicant Date 25-10

I have applied passport Renewal on 25-10. Till date there is no response from u r people.

If i check the status in online the status is

" It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time "

actually i was applied for passport renewal. My previous passport validity is expired on 10-06.

My misses is working in london she is trying to send dependent visa but my passport is expired.

She is not able to send atleast calling visa also. I came to your office for enquiry for 4 times every time they sais we will dispatch 15days from past 5 months they are saying the same word.

Please I cant uderstand what i have to do.could you plz look itin the issue and plz issue my renewal passport
