Delay in Passport Delivery

Hi,

My wife (Miryala Sumitha) applied for her passport renewal on 21-Jan (file No: HYDF00247011 / KeyNo:7000247011) and completed police enquiry on 14/02 (Ref number 91/IP/VC/SB/CYB and serial number:80). But passport status says police report not yet received. Please look in to the issue and help me in getting the passport at earliest.
