Delay in passport

Dear Sir,

I have applied for passport on 9th November. The police verification was completed in December month itself. But I dint receive the passport till date. I enquired with the passport regional officials. But unable to reach because the numbers are automated dialled enquires. I sent the message to 55352 with the passport file number. But did not get any reply. I got an offer to work in UK starting from next month.

I am eagerly waiting for the passport. Please help.
