i read a add in news paper about callcenter in november on that add requirment of employee.i called them .company took my telephonic interview. then they told me you are selected for district manager for jabalpur.now you have to pay 2500 rs for agreement charges. then i send money on their account.after that they send me a letter of appointment and also they told me about training charges 8500 rs. then i called him and told ceo vishakha that you did not tell me this money and i am not able to give this money.please refund my money.so she told me it is compulsory amout .afterthat i told her i pay only half charges 4000 rs. so she told me ok i will cut half amout from your first salary.then i paid 4000 rs. and i am waiting for training .this is 5th month for waiting.and they ignore my calls.please give me advise for refunding my money or providing job.
