Delay in issuing Passport

Sir,

I had applied for New Passport on 20.1.2007 (Application No. Z760091) which was closed after two years without issuing the Passport, although the Police verification was done. I had submitted all the documents required by Passport Office. Then I visited Passport officer on 2.3.2010 where I was advised to reapply for the Passport again and then I applied for new passport again on 9.3.2010 (Application no. JPR A010212). For this again the Police verification was done in the same address. Now as I see the Internet status it shows that -Passport will be dispatched by 23.6.10 if documents are in order. But till date I have not received my Passport. I have already submitted all the documents required.

Now I do not know wheather I will get my Passport or not. So it is my humble request, please see the matter and help me to get my passport.
