Delay in issue of passport

Respected sir,

This is brought to your kind notice that application form of my daughters (Shefali Roy and Shilpi Roy) have been submitted on 7/5.

The file reference no. of Shefali Roy is JPR-W100903-11 and the file reference no. of Shilpi Roy is JPR-W100902-11.

Initially, after 3 months, on web page of Jaipur passport office, it was displayed - "Passport is being issued shortly".

Subsequently after one month, it was displayed that "FURNISH ATTESTED COPY OF BIRTH CIRTIFICATE ISSUED BY A MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY OR DISTRICT OFFICE OF THE REGISTRAR OF BIRTHS & DEATHS IN SUPPORT OF YOUR DATE OF BIRTH."

I had submitted the attested copy of birth certificate of my both daughters issued by municipal authority during submission of application form itself. But due to this requirement, again I have sent birth certificate of my both daughters which were issued by municipal authority which were also attested. The same was sent by speed post.

These certificates were recieved by passport office jaipur as confirmed by tracking of speed post delivery.

Your kind intervention in this subject is requested to resolve the issue at the earliest.
