Hello sir, Ihave renewed my passport in the month of may. there was a mistake that they printed as ECR REQUIRED.I want to cancel it because i am a post graduate. I have applied at jalandhar on 22.09.2011.Till now i didnt receive my passport. There is no response from passport office. I dont know why they are ill-treating customers. Now wt i have to do?
