Delay in issue of Passport

Sir,

I have applied for the passport on 01-08. Police verification completed and Police Verification report has been sent to the RPO. The status of my application says that due to unavoidable circumstances the dispatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be dispatched in a week's time & in a week’s time means forever. I have tried to contact the RPO by phone and e-mail. No reply.

As it is urgent, I request you to look into this.
