My File no is -A09539909 and application date is 12/23. Its been more than one year now and still i have not received my passport even after police verification being done. The online status was updated after 10 months and now it shows that the application is closed and I need to reapply with same file no. What kind of harrasment is this to the applicants when every document is in order and all formalities are done. Its a shame that after paying a lumpsum amount of Rs 3000/- to the agent too, the passport has not been cleared and sent.
