Dear Sir,

Greetings for the day!

My name is Uma Shanker Saini. I have applied for passport from Lucknow as i live in kanpur. I have sent Passport form with all relevant documents and DD through Speed post on 23/01. I have forwarded it through Speed Post from noida because at that day, i went there for job interview.

Till today i don't have any information regarding the status of my passport application. I made a contact to bank for the status of demand draft, they told me, it has been paid. As i have sent it through speed post so i don't have file no.

Please help.

Date of Birth :-10/05/1984

I have called many times Mr. Jai Prakash Singh on 91-522-2305130 but never get any relevant answer from there.

I have contacted many times to [email protected] and [email protected]

I got reply but not any status of my passport, It's been five months.

Please help.
