This is in regards with passport of my wife which is not yet delivered as yet.

online portal shows the status as "You are requested to call on this office and meet the Public Relation Officer, Cabin No. () on any working day between 10.30 am and 12.30 pm. Please bring your original ration card/school leaving certificate/birth certificate/marriage certificate".
My wife had already visited the passport office and have submitted the relevant documents after looking at this status, but still nothing has happened as yet and we are still unclear about status of the passport.
Requesting you to please look into this matter.
