For delay of passport

Dear Sir/RPO Let me know the reason why passport status is blank as matter of urgency. I have applied for passport of my son file ref. PAT-C002348-11 and all documents are provided which is required by JANTA ADALAT held on 30th Dec.2011.but until now not any action done by PASSPORT OFFICE PATNA.please help me.regards Nagma Khatoon
