I have applied for a passport.but not yet received it. Current status is "Application has been transferred to policy section, Please See the PRO ", what is this PRO and why my application is transferred there? My Application Number is A085594 in PATNA . applied in 2009 .What happen to my passport .what is the next step i should take so that i could get my passport. Please help me.
