Passport Office Pune
Passport given for correction not received

Hello Sir,

I had submitted my doucuments in Sept and received passport in Feb. But that was with printing mistake in it. My gender is Female and passport was showing it as 'M'.

In the Feb itself I re-submitted my passport to Pune passport office with correction request letter. They told me I would receive it within 15 days but till date I have not received it.

On top of all this people in passport office don't pick the phone. This is just disgusting for me I mean if you don't want to respond then just throw it away. I don't know what the hell work they do in office. They just want money. Even if I go through agent and offer some money to these people then I am sure they would dispatch my passport within a day itself. All are corrupted.
