This is to let you that we have given a request of passport renewal, File refrence number: DLH-M023887-11 .Request was submitted on date 08-09 by the name of Tanish mittal Dob-13-10-1999, It has been a long time that we have been chasing all the departments for new passport but still fail to get a proper responce, The last time when we checked the application status, It was (Your police report is In-complete. Please submit 3 sets of personal particulars alongwith request application quoting your file no to concern Public relation officer), As per given status we submitted the all the required documents on 16-01.We were informed that there would be a police verification on the mentioned address in 15 days, Hence we waited for 15 days but still the same result no verification done. Please guide us what next to be done to get the renewed passport.
