Police Verification is not yet received for Passport Submitted for Name Correction

Dear Sir,

I am Shilpa Agnihotri from Kanpur (U.P.), I have submitted my passport in month of September (01-09) at Lucknow Office, as my First name was mentioned incorrect in my Passport by Lucknow Passport office. My file reference no is LKO-H061536-10. But, still my police and verification is not done by related officer so please let me know what is the problem.

PLEASE SIR, LOOK INTO THE MATTER & TRY TO PROCEED MY PASSPORT AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.
