Delay in delivery of Passport

Sir,

I have applied for passport and the police verification is clear.

My File No. Z 377677, .23/12.

My passport status shows that the passport will be dispatched before24/2.

But till date I have not received my passport. If we call also they are not responding.

I kindly request the authorities to look into this matter immediately.
